Refund / Cancellation Policy

The Bluedoor purchases can be easily returned in 7 day's time from the date of purchase along with the original invoice. If the return was upon customer request then all shipping/courier charges will be carried out by the customer. Once your product(s) are received and checked by our team. Please allow one week (7 days) for your return and refund to be processed.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment, i.e., if customer has paid by cash, online or credit card by Card Machine, the refunds will be done as per the same mode originally used to settle the invoice with the Company. Refund will be only done if the customer had not acquired the service, Company will not make any refunds if the customer has acquired or used the service in full or partial. All Refunds are as per Company's discretion.
